Marketing Your House
Tips for getting your house SOLD.
List your house For Sale on the REALTOR MLS.
This is the single most important step to getting your house SOLD. Your ListInTexas.com Agent will list your house on your local Texas MLS( Multiple Listing Service) and will also post your house For Sale on Zillow, Trulia, and REALTOR.com.
Price your house appropriately.
All ListInTexas.com flat fee listing plans include a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA.) Your ListInTexas.com Agent will go over your CMA with you and will also provide you with a Comparable Sales Analysis and a Seller’s Property Report to advise you on your home’s proper price point.
Take good pictures.
ListInTexas.com always recommends using a professional real estate photographer if possible (included with Premium+ Plan,) but your ListInTexas.com Agent will also advise you on how to take your own great photos. Check out these tips on how to best photograph your house.
