The easier it is for agents to access your house, the more showings you will get and the faster your house will sell. ListInTexas.com always recommends using an electronic Realtor keybox (included with Premium+ Plan) to make showings as easy as possible, but all of our Listing Plans include access to a Centralized Showing System* (CSS) and a keypad keybox can be used at no additional charge.

Tips for Scheduling Successful Showings:

  • Make your house easy for Realtors to show.

    The easier it is for agents to access your house, the more showings you will get and the faster your house will sell. The best way to to make showings as simple as possible is to use an electronic Realtor keybox (included with Premium+ Plan) and a Realtor Centralized Showing System (CSS.)

  • Use an Electronic Memory Keybox if possible.

    Our Premium+ Plan includes the use of an electronic keybox, often referred to as a “Supra.” Because of the added security and control that this type of keybox provides, ListInTexas.com always recommends that you use one if possible. Supra keyboxes can only be opened by Realtors with an e-key and a showing code. All Supra keyboxes and e-keys record access information, and access is only granted at times determined by you.

  • Use a Centralized Showing Service (CSS) in areas where it is available.

    ListInTexas.com provides you with the ability to schedule your showings through a Centralized Showing Service*. These property access systems are one of the most valuable services we provide for you. This Realtor MLS exclusive system is similar to an answering service and is available in most major Texas MLS areas. 99% of all showings for properties located in these areas are set up through CSS. Agents prefer CSS because they can easily set up a showing, get showing instructions and provide feedback all in one place. Sellers prefer it because only Licensed Agents can use a CSS and it registers who accessed the home and when.

All ListInTexas.com yard signs have a property specific QR code directly on the sign. Potential Buyers can simply scan the code with their phone to view details and photos of your property.
